Batteries are the one thing I hate buying the most for my camera. The name brand ones are so expensive. This set was half the price of one Sony battery and came with 2 batteries and the charger. While they do not last quite as long as my original batteries, there is more than enough charge in one to get through multiple sessions. The charger is very compact and easy to take on the go. They charge quickly and I have not had any compatibility issues with my A9. A really great deal for aftermarket batteries that actually work as expected.

This battery and charger set is so helpful! It charges the battery fast and I have so loved having this tool for my camera. There are no issues using these batteries in my camera, thankfully! These are wonderful and affordable replacement batteries.

I'll be honest - it was with a touch of trepidation, hesitation, apprehension, that I inserted these batteries into my $3k camera. Bad things could happen...But I need not have worried. The cells were charged to 7.4V, and showed 22 and 28%, respectively, in the little camera SOC display. No errors, no issues.Next, I plugged in a USB-C cable and checked if they charge in camera. No problem, the percentage was going up as expected.Next, I took them out to test the accompanying charger. It is double slot, USB-C, with a little blue glowing progress gauge showing what's going on in each slot. I left them in there over night, so I am not sure how long it took to charge them up, but in the morning they showed full on the charger, and 100% in camera. One big concern with these 3rd party batteries is that the cells could be a bit subpar or off-spec and prone to swelling. This can be iffy when it happens in-camera, as it becomes difficult to remove the battery. For this reason, I am grateful to have an external charger (my camera did not come with one) to charge these out of the camera, at least for an extended testing period.I don't have a good way to test their capacity, but I like that they don't show some random huge number, but a reasonable number just below the capacity of the excellent, but very expensive OEM cells. Not a professional photog, so I was doing well with the single battery, but it will be liberating to just throw an extra one in the bag and stop worrying about the SOC percentage and freely sit and review images in camera. This pair of batteries + charger for 40 bucks is a great deal, if they hold up. I will update this review if anything should change worth sharing.

The NP-FZ100 2-Pack Batteries and Charger Set has been an absolute lifesaver for my photography needs! This set comes with two high-capacity batteries, each holding 2280mAh, and an external charger with dual slots that can charge both batteries simultaneously. The batteries are fully compatible with my Sony Alpha A7 III and perform just like the original, even displaying the remaining charge on the camera screen—a feature I truly appreciate. As someone who primarily takes family photos during vacations, the original battery's capacity had noticeably decreased over time, and charging it directly through the camera was inconvenient. Competing for limited charging ports at the end of a long day was frustrating, especially on overseas trips. This set has completely solved those issues. The external charger lets me recharge the batteries separately while I’m out with my camera, saving time and reducing stress. The clear LCD display on the charger shows the charging status, making it easier to plan my shooting schedule. Additionally, the included USB cable provides flexibility to charge through various power sources, such as a power bank or laptop. This set has significantly streamlined my photography workflow, and I couldn’t be happier with its performance and convenience. Highly recommend it for any Sony Alpha user!

I’m not a fan of no-name camera batteries, but especially when you own a Sony camera on the lower end of its price tier it’s a tough ask to spend half as much on a stack of batteries as the camera body itself. So, I took a shot on these “GOROFO” copies. After testing them out my conclusion is they are neither great nor awful, but rather I got what I paid for and satisfied with them for what they are. There is some value here, especially if you are a casual user on a tight budget rather than a pro on a firm production schedule. So, while I give these “4-stars,” it’s for the value proposition that this package can be for certain uses and bodies, not that they are amazing batteries period. Read on.I own a few mirrorless ILC bodies, but my only Sony is the ZV-E10 II, which I use exclusively for video. That’s my frame of reference here. If you have a more expensive, higher end body, especially if use it constantly, rather than a few events each year, I think it makes more sense to spend a few more bucks on Sony OEM batteries. But the ZV-E10 II, is a relatively low-cost model and I only shoot short B-roll videos with it so that’s what I factored in to justify using these batteries. That said, battery life on these is limited compared to the OEM. No surprise. I’m able to get an hour and a few minutes of mostly 4K 30p video plus some 4K 60p before it conks out. This is with the screen always-on. For me, that’s usable, but everyone has their unique needs, and I can see where this would be unacceptable to many.Because the ZV-E10 II isn’t really a stills camera I didn’t bother testing the battery shooting stills, but for argument’s sake I’ll suggest stills shooting would be 2x longer, assuming power or at least the screen is off when not shooting. That’s over two hours, which again, not great, not terrible. The real burden here is needing to carry more batteries compared to the OEM to shoot the same number of frames. The charger is low weight (not in a good way) but seems to do the job. I tested it with both the “GOROFO” and Sony batteries and it charged both to 100% before apparently shutting off. I say “apparently,” because the LCD display illuminates when charging and then turns off when it gets to100%. So I’m assuming it turns off the charging too, not just the light. However, when it comes to “no-name” products it’s always a leap of faith. More importantly, especially with the Sony battery, my ZV-E10 II reports a full battery too, so there no deceptive undercharging that plagues many “no name” chargers.
