I am using these in my Berkey and they fit fine. I haven't tested to see that they are filtering what they say they do, but I do know my water tastes good and doesn't smell like a swimming pool.

The filters claim to reduce chlorine, taste, odor, and various contaminants, and I can definitely vouch for an improvement in water quality. My drinking water tastes cleaner and fresher compared to what I received prior to installing these replacements.The installation process was straightforward. I found that the filters fit securely into the Berkey® BB9-2® system without any hassle. This is crucial, as a poor fit can lead to leaks or reduced efficiency. The two-pack is also a great value, ensuring that I have an extra on hand when it’s time for a replacement.In terms of performance, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they filtered water compared to some other brands I’ve tried. These are good quality replacement filters and this is just what we needed. We have a Big Berkey so we decided to try these filters. These filters are just as good as original Berkey filters. They are simple and easy to prime. I do not have any technical water quality measuring tools but I feel these are just as good as the originals and for a reasonable price. I recommend this product.

These filters by IT'S PURE EXPERT work not only in the Berkey sysem, but in many others as well, including the Alexapure system (I have both). The cost to purchase from these folks is far less than OEM, so why wouldn't anyone just buy these? Alexapure, Big Burkey, and wherever else they fit - just buy them! I ordered these as replacements for our Purewell countertop gravity system.The filters and seals are the same dimensions as the originals. I don’t need these yet so this review is based only on a visual inspection and the NSF certification.At $15.00 each they are on the higher end of aftermarket filters, but, for me, the certification is worth the extra cost.Many people check total desolved solids before and after filter replacement and notice an increase. I think that is normal with charcoal filters since some charcoal dust is present even after priming the filters.

These are for Gravity Filtration Systems like Berkey for example, and are an excellent value for the money.Activated Carbon or “black” filters provides one of the best filtering media for removing water contamination of up to 99% including tastes and smells…NSF/ANSI Certified.Comes sealed with the attached wing nuts on them for mounting. Plus, you get the washer to prepare the filters for installation by running water through them at the faucet to rinse and to purge air out.Expect 6000 Gallons of treated water with these depending, of course, on the quality of the water you filter.
