These containers are very strong and sturdy. I use these as storage containers for art supplies in my middle school classes and they are very durable.

Not the worst containers but not great either. The lids can be difficult to open and I think it's just because thin plastic makes them difficult to twist/screw due to the threads. My child has been using these to store miscellaneous snacks but they bowl around on the pantry shelf and I still need to help him open and close the lids sometimes. Maybe these will work for your needs but they weren't a fit anywhere for our household.
