I really love the way this vice clamps to my work bench and removes quickly. Also, like how it swivels. I use it for sharpening my chainsaws and it dios a great job for that. I wouldn't use it to clamp something that I needed to pound on with a hammer or pry with great force. It's a small vice and works well for how I use it.

The thing is not for any kind of shock it broke 10 mins into a project I guess the vibration maybe broke it and the swivel would never tighten but I guess not everything is for everybody

All its features work well.Swivel lock tightens without excessive force, great on arthritic hands. No excessive clearance in the jaw ways, jaw alignment has excellent parallelism. Good clamping force.Cons:- plastic jaw covers are a terrible fit. Poor engineering on their design.- plastic covers for the table clamp are a serious aggravation. Way too loose and none fitting. You will struggle to keep them attached while you clamp it to a table top. (I got pissed off and super glued them to the vise base and screw pad)I will probably end up gluing the jaw pads as well, eventually. The primary purpose for the vise is holding expensive shear blades firmly without damaging their finish while I sharpen them.

I got this on a recommendation from a YouTuber and I am extremely pleased with its thoughtful, quality construction; there is no slop in the traverse of the jaw, such as you find in cheaply designed/built units. It also comes with plastic padding for the jaws so the vise can hold softer plastic objects without damaging them. The clamp is very sturdy and also has padding to protect the surface the vise is being attached to.

I love to sharpen and restore pocket knives and fixed blade knives and needed a table vice clamp for home use. When I saw how low the price was for this one I assumed it was made of durable resin or plastic but didn't care because at the end of the day I just need it to hold a knife securely. I was extremely happy to be wrong. It arrived next day, and it's a nice and beefy all metal construction vice, shweet! The deep blue paint looks great and it comes with rubber clamp covers as well as vice covers to avoid damaging whatever you need it to hold. It also has the ability to swivel lock which is great. The overall quality and functionality is excellent, especially considering it's crazy low price. Buy with 1000% confidence, this is a fantastic product and value. I hope this review was helpful to you.

Found this clamp vise while I was looking for a small replacement for a small vise I have been using that just didn’t have the holding ability I was needing. Figured I would give this one a shot. It isn’t very expensive so I wasn’t expecting much, however, when it arrived I was surprised at how beefy this thing was. The first few things I noticed was the finish on this vise was way better than some of the other cheap ones I have came across, but on the listing they had this posted as (army green), which it is not an army green. It is just a green. Army green to me is more drab and muted greens, variants of olives and field greens. Not a deal breaker, but don’t expect it to be a cooler green. The other thing I noticed and was very impressed by was the jaws on this. These jaws close up perfectly and mirror match as they come together. No offsided alignment at all. Beautifully comes together and looks like one piece of metal. That is very unusual for low cost vises. And to top it off, it also has removable jaws. Also unusual for cheaper vises. They packed a lot of features into this beefy little clamp vise, including the ability to swivel the head. Comes with protective pads that attach to the clamp so you don’t have to mark up and dent your bench or work desk. Also included are the protective pads that slip on the jaws so you can soft clamp items without damaging them. One thing I did take note of was the locking lever for the swivel head is a bit hard to get it to lock in tightly, so you may want to make yourself a small breaker bar to really get it to lock down more secure. As for the clamping screw that tightens down the complete unit to your bench, it is very secure feeling. It really bites down hard without feeling like it wants to move around. It would have been even better if they would have added a couple small pre drilled mounts that would also allow us to screw or bolt this down, but it holds very well without them. I gotta admit here that this feels smooth strait out of the box, but I stripped mine apart, cleaned, oiled and greased, then reassembled it all so I know that it is to my liking. Listen people, this isn’t a Wilton vise. Don’t expect it to be a professional quality high dollar tool. I think if you look at the price of this, and recognize it’s limitations, you might be very surprised at just how nice this beefy little vise actually is. Will this vise hold up through the years? Who knows. Only time will tell. I would bet if you treat it with common sense, and not try to hammer out steel rod with a hand sledge on it, then it might just last you for a long time. I will include some reference pics for finish and size. I hope this helps some of you out looking for a small vise to work on your small projects.
