I’ve purchased two wine coolers about 11/2 years ago, one for ourselves and one for my friends. Both don’t work properly. Mine has a frozen panel, which we can’t change the temperature and my friend’s keep making noise and never worked properly.

My friend stuff this might be overkill, but once they realized how much wine we can go through at a party. They fell in love with the fact that this holds 18 bottles. We haven't had to wait on a bottle of wine to chill since we got this because with that much space, there is always one on hand.The separate temperature zones are great (a feature I didn't know I was going to fall in love with until I tried it lol). That way you can customize just how cold you want each type of wine that you are storing in this chiller.Runs quietly so you don't have to worry about it. added noise to whatever room you choose to use this in.

I have to admit that I didn’t have high expectations for this wine fridge, but it wildly exceeded them. Aesthetically, the unit is beautiful. The light feature is a bit gimmicky, but gives the fridge a nice presence in a dark room. Performance-wise, I’m easily able to keep the top compartment at 58 F for reds, and the bottom at 53 F for whites. Because cooler air is heavier than warmer air, either keep both compartments at the same temperature or the bottom compartment cooler (and not warmer) than the top. Noise-wise, it emits a very quiet white noise. It is not silent, but because the noise does not vary, it fades into the background quite quickly. I’m sensitive to noises, and this was something I was initially concerned about, but ended up not being an issue.

I bought the 18 bottle wine fridge because I liked the style and it was the perfect height for under my kitchen counter. It isn’t too wide either, about the width of a trash can. Easy to find space for. I use this not only for wine, but also cold drinks in general. It has 2 zones that can be independently temperature controlled. The coldest that it gets is about 4degC, which is only a degree above my full size fridge. It is plenty cold for keeping wine and other drinks cold. I like how the fridge is lighted to be able to see better. The glass front panel makes for a pretty display of all my bottles, plus I can find what I want even before opening the door. I don’t notice any noise while it runs, the compressor is quiet. It has been running great for me so far.

Ordered this unit to fit perfectly in a specific empty space in our kitchen. We love it. With two cooling zones, red and white wines are the perfect temperature. The only reason for less that 5 stars is the fact it is a little noisier than we thought - but not bad and very tolerable.I also had contact with the marketing company to send me some free wine glasses that were earned by ordering this unit. She was quick to handle the inquiry and sent me the wine gasses within a few days.Top notch service!

This is a dual zone 18 bottle unit. So far, it has maintained constant temperatures, and is a good size for us. It comes without the handle attached, and the machine screws that came with the unit were too short to easily attach the door. I called the customer service number provided, and was put in email contact with Denise Fernandez who had new screws set immediately. She then sent follow-up emails to make sure that the problem had been solved. My only issue with the unit as a whole is that the two zones have different capacities - the top zone accommodates six bottles, and the bottom 12. I would have preferred a 9 and 9 configuration. Otherwise, I am quite happy with the unit.

Product looks very good! Two temperature zones seem to be holding! The fridge isn't totally silent when cooling, so you will notice a slight hum if you are within 20 feet of it when it turns on to cool. But I don't view this as an issue considering it sounds the same as other fridges I've owned. My only compliant is that tall bottles will fit on the storage racks but don't always fit on the bottom level for display (the top of the bottle gets in the way of the storage rack above). You can always move the racks to another level but then you may lose 3 bottles worth of storage space.
