this product is not suitable for someone who is used to using an Otterbox case ... not sufficient for protecting the phone. While the case is thick on the back side ... the front that says includes the screen protector is nothing more than a film covering the front ... NOT a screen protector.

I have an OtterBox and my phone still cracked. My husband has used this case for about 2 years and his phone has never cracked!!
