Have not had a chance to swim in it yet. I wear it for horse riding lessons. I never overheat. It provides great coverage in the sun. Fits snug but not too tight. Air dry, don't tumble dry if you want the fabric to last.

Great quality and way better priced than competitors’ prices. O’Neil has been around for a while and is a well-known active lifestyle brand. Keep in mind the fit is smaller to conform to the body, so size up if you want more room. I’m usually XS-S and ordered a S.

Bought an extra large based on the size chart and how other similar items fit. The sleeves stretched to fit me, but were skin tight and unattractive. The bust fit me at a correct size, and the stomach area was loose enough to be flattering. So everything other than the arms were flattering. It was a nice shirt overall. Nice color, nice fabric, but the arms were much tighter and much skinnier than the rest of the shirt in the size XL.Since I mostly wear these shirts under T-Shirts to block (both indoor and outdoor) UV light to prevent Lupus flares year round, the way the arms fit is one of the most important aspects of a UPF sun shirt for me.

Great rash guard! I ordered a medium for our lobster trip to the keys. The shirt is soft, long enough to go to the hips and covers a little up the neck. Great for keeping the sun off all day. I am 5'3 and 153lbs. Medium is tight fitting, but not too tight.

I got a medium, I am 5'5" and weigh 128lbs. It was a little loose. I should have gotten a small. It would have felt better in the water. Otherwise I love it . The color is adorable and the fabric is so soft.

Back felt loose and sides looked too tight. Offered good compression in the arm area. I’m short waisted and this top looked too short when trying on. I’m relieved the seller issued me a refund. I think this top needs to be cut longer. Material was nice quality. If you prefer shorter tops this would probably be ok.

I used this shirt for snorkeling in Curacao and my husband borrowed it also! It protected against sunburn and helped protect the coral from damaging sunscreen. I got the XL- I'm 5'7" and 148 lbs. and my husband (pictured) is 6' and it fit us both fine. Not skin tight, but not floppy either - it stayed in place while snorkeling and the sleeves were long enough. Also, comfortable - you hardly know you're wearing it. Great purchase!

I ordered this for my upcoming trip to Tulum, Mexico. A friend who had been suggested buying a UV shirt for my pale burn-friendly skin because they bought one while on their trip after they realized they would be snorkeling and out in the sun ALL DAY LONG every day. What really sold me on this particular was that it is meant to be worn in the water but is lightweight enough to wear while riding a bike or going for a stroll on the beach. I don't tan well and stopped trying to get a real tan years ago so I don't need to think about the fact that the sun won't be able to reach my skin.When this arrived and I unpackaged it I was very pleased. It is a very pretty color. The photos almost do the color justice but it feels much nicer in person. It has a slinky feel and fit perfectly. I have had it in my possession for almost 2 months and don't leave for Tulum for a little bit still. I have been forcing myself to refrain from wearing it as a casual shirt so as to preserve it for the trip.I almost ordered a size too big but at the last minute I decided to actually read the size chart and I'm glad I did. Read the size chart and don't buy based on other shirts you have purchased.
