The blower was the quietest I have used the other one lasted over 2 years that I got from West Marine, lately the quality sucks on Amazon

Updated Feedback: OASIS MARINE was very responsive and got us a replacement fan. The new fan runs great and we've set the speed to half so as not to wear out the brushes on the fan very quickly. The seller states this fan is not for long continuous use so we upgrade to an AC fan instead.Original Feedback: We had this running in our RV cooling down the battery compartment. It died almost in one year or service. I will be contacting Oasis to try to get it replaced or fixed.

I made an inverted dry suit dryer using 2” pvc and use this blower as fan. Quiet and works well at 120cfm. I used a 5a 12v power supply to drive the fan. I had used lower amp supply I had laying around but it burned it out, while it is rated at 2.5a I suggest you put a higher current one as price different is insignificant. It is very quiet and I recommend it.

I’m using it to cool 12kw amps, it’s noisy but easy to drowned out, back feeds a little too so use a diode

Works perfect and blows about 170 CFM at full power. I used this to make a portable cooler AC so the noise level was noticeable but not too loud to where I would have wanted to not use this fan. For its intended purpose I am sure it would be considered very quiet
