Seems good quality. Important to read the directions and NOT CUT the rubber portion unless you actually need to. Used this for a concentric high-efficiency furnace vent replacing a much larger 80% furnace vent; the large size meant I didn't have to do roof-repair work.

Oatey's no caulk flashing will impress you at how easy it installs and then you will curse Oatey for your leaking roof caused by a product that lasts only 1/3 to 1/6 as long as an asphalt shingle roof lasts. It is very important for you to know that the rubber seal cannot be replaced once it dissolves in the sunlight after about 6-7 years. You have to peel back the roof and replace the whole flashing that was probably tarred in. When I say dissolve, I mean the rubber boot is gone leaving a nice half inch gap that funnels water into you house and causes the drywall to sag and drip. I bought a house that had 6 of these fail at the same time. We moved in and the first rain storm caused nearly $2000 of damage.I am a product design engineer and I am appalled at the incompetence of oatey for producing such a poorly engineered product. In our profession, the first thing you do is make a specification that defines the product. Engineers sit around and ask things like "well how long should it last". Engineers that would want to design a quality version of something like this might say - how about twice the life of a typical roof. From there, you lay out design options that meet those goals. My guess is that a moron who doesn't know the first thing about engineering was responsible for this disaster of a product.Hey oatey - get a clue and fix this POS product. Here are a couple hints. Hire an engineer to decipher these if you don't understand.1. Write a specification and hire an engineer to meet it!2. Maybe include a metal cover that slips over the rubber boot3. Maybe make the boot replaceable4. Increase the uphill metal lip height to something greater that 1/4 inch above the roof level - at least then water doesn't just funnel into your house when the rubber disappears.5. Consider a two piece system of mating cones6. Consider shielding the rubber from UV degradation7. Copy whatever they do in Europe since their roofs last nearly twice as long as US roofs. And Don't1. Continue to produce this POS product.2. Try to fix it without hiring a legitimate engineer.3. Confuse your victims ah hum customers by writing a Bogus review that starts out with "well I don't know what truthrules is talking about because... blah blah blah.By the way - I'm over 40 and have never written a bad review about a product - its just that your product sucks so bad I felt a moral obligation to society to steer them clear of the pain it will inflict on their lives.Consider yourself busted Oatey - your product sucks and you know it.
