These charges do not look like plastic.Great quality and are very pretty .I checked all of them none of them had any issues with gold paint. I was hesitant to buy because some reviews said they had problems with gold paint. Can’t wait to use them for parties at my home.

Although I don't like that these plate chargers are plastic, I do love the shape, matte finish and the colours. I inherited some fine china that is white with pale gray QueenAnn's lace. I think they look beautiful together.

Love these plate chargers I have ordered 3 different colors. I love each. colors are vibrant, and the chargers are large and you can see alot of outer edges.

I have been wanting colored chargers to use under my Spode Christmas plates but did not want to pay $180 per plate at a local shop. I now use bright non-traditional colors to decorate for Christmas and wanted a way to incorporate my Spode. The blue I purchased pulls out the blue ornaments and blue gift under the tree. I am incredibly pleased with how it looks and look forward to using them this year. The chargers are a sturdy plastic. I cannot say whether or not the blue part scratches easily but am optimistic it will not. I also plan to use these with a white plate and my Spode Woodland dishes for Thanksgiving and for Easter. These chargers are very versatile and come in a good selection of colors.

These chargers are adorable. They look the same in person as they do online. My issue is that they aren't as durable as i would have liked. They're certainly not flimsy but again, not as durable as I expected. I purchased plain gold charger for the dollar store and though the quality of these is soooo much better, they're not much heavier.All of that said, I would buy these again.

These chargers are pretty, but no where near perfect. A lot of scratches and missing gold on the edges on the set I received today. I know these wi not hold up for long... :-(

I love these chargers! Purchase in a pale pink for my bridesmaid proposal dinner. I'm having all of my best friends over for dinner - and I have gifts to ask them to be my Bridesmaid! I wanted the night to be special so I ordered cute table settings. These will work perfectly!! Great deal too.
