Made of heavy gauge metal and should last a long time. Unfolds and sets up easily. After use, I recommend wiping the soot off the grates so the bag doesn't collect it all. Can also be used as a low table to keep items off the ground.

This is a great grill/griddle for anyone who likes to camp or cook out over a camp fire. This should stand up to many years of use because of it's build and thickness. Because it folds flat, it is easy to pack and tuck under luggage etc. I haven't tried using the griddle to cook pancakes or anything on, but it seems like that could be done just fine instead of using a pot. Highly recommended.

This little grill is perfect for cooking over a campfire. I love the size and weight! I have another one that I have had for years, but rarely use because of its large size, weight, and cumbersome storage issues. It just takes up too much space in my trunk. I love this new one because it folds in half and once cleaned, slips right back into its bag ready for the next adventure. I store it in the back of my VW Beetle, knowing that I’ll have multiple cookouts and camping trips to enjoy it.This camping grill has a reasonably large grilling surface and should easily accommodate the needs of a small family. With half of it being a grate and the other half being a griddle, one can cook two or more types of food at the same time. I photographed the grill sitting on top of a fire pit/grill in my local National Forest campground. The photo gives a point of reference as to its size and construction. This grill worked well for both heating pots over the coals and for cooking my foil packets.My camping equipment comes and goes based on its usefulness and how the item satisfies multiple needs. This little grill passes my requirements and lands a place in my trunk. It’s a keeper and I recommend it to other customers.

This portable grill feels very sturdy and well-made. The legs are wide and stabilize the grill well. Retractable handles on either side of the grill make it easy to move or carry. The case is convenient for storage when not in use. Some improvements would be a lock on the center grill hinges, to ensure that the grill stays flat if you have to move it while unfolded. Without it, it's possible for the grill to buckle upwards when lifted, which could make a mess or cause injury if hot. So, for now, we don't move it around until it cools completely. I do wish the storage bag also had handles for more portability. Last, the description pictures imply that you can put food (e.g., steaks, corn) directly on the grill. On the contrary, the instructions say, "not designed for food directly contacting," and it's only for cookware or pots. To be safe, we use it to heat pots and pans or food wrapped in heavy-duty aluminum foil.

Only downside is that it is a shorter grill, if you have a metal fire pit it may not be able to fit over top. Ideal for ground level fire pits and perfect for fishing/camping trips. It seems to have a coating on it. Came with a handy storage bag. Has retractable handles to move around with if needed. Would recommend.I hope you found my review helpful.

This foldable campfire grill is pretty cool. It's made well and easy to store away. It cooks nicely and the griddle side is great for foods that wouldn't work on a regular grill. We used it for going out on our pontoon to one of the islands to grill and several people out there asked about it.My Review Criteria: I do not review anything that I don't want/need for my own personal use and I have enough knowledge about it to provide accurate and useful details. This compact folding firepit grill seems to be pretty well made. Love that there is a solid griddle side as well as a grilling side. It comes with a storage bag and although it is compact when folded, this is something that is portable when thrown in a car, but not something you would want to be backpacking with. I got this mainly to use over our firepit at home, but since it is late fall now, I won’t be able to test this out properly over a fire until next Spring. For now I can say that as far as a basic no frills folding camping grill, this one seems to be well made, folds down flat with a convenient carry handle, and should do just fine for camping or backyard firepits. Pricing is very reasonable compared to other similar offerings.

Love that it folds in half. It fits well in our camping bin. The fire grill we had before could not fit in our large camping bin so there were times when we would forget it at home.This is compact and lighter than expected so it will always be neatly stored away in our bin.It folds out to a full size grill and is very sturdy.

This is nice and compact. It’s great for travelling and can be packed up well without taking up a large footprint in the back of the trunk.It’s study and adaptive to nice fire pit sizes. It’s great for cooking materials, and has made breakfast lunch and dinner fun and easy. I’d recommend this to anyone looking for something that can make your day easier.
