When I first ordered this, this company mistakenly sent me a 2-wheel model. So I went through the return process and the company sent a replacement.When it arrived, it was a 4-wheel model. What quality control! I could have gone through the return process again but they'd probably send me a 9-wheel or a half-wheel model. Honestly, I just don't know. It seemed not worth the trouble to have to wait yet another week for a replacement.I just took the thing apart, got rid of the crap zinc washers between the wheels and replaced them with stainless steel ones, spaced the THREE wheels out evenly, put it back together and it was done...much better than before.Would I buy from OdontoMed2011 again? Nope.
