Product worked perfectly for my 2010 c300 front driver window. Didn’t remove the whole panel. Slid in new regulator through top right of door panel and pipes rivets to hold the elevator. Used screws to pull elevator center part with motor tightened all three screws a little at a time until ultimately got motor snug on with elevator cable spindle. Remove speaker to vacuum out all debris from drilling out old rivets. No need to take off door handle or lock actuator.

Thanks to comments we could replace this regulator without no problem and without taking off the panel by the speaker. Just dismounted the speaker and got it through it. It comes with 4 rivets and they are suppose to be 5 (1/4*1/2) . But we bought a riveting tool that came with aluminum rivets of different sizes and could use them for both the speaker which rivet size is (3/16*3/8) and this regulator. Make sure you have the correct size of the rivet tool and make sure the panel looks as flat as posible. You also need a tool to take off rivets. Careful with this regulator when installing, because it is very sharp and cuts. This has a very affordable price compared to stock one and looks exactly the same. If you have a helper is best and careful when unistalling the window. You should also make sure the regulator is the same before taking it out of the bag, because once you open the bag, you cannot return it. You can check this by first unistalling the broken regulator and then checking it side by side. Good luck 👍

I purchased this regulator for a 2009 Mercedes Benz C300. Mercedes dealership does not sell the regulator separate like this one, because they sell the entire aluminum panel with the regulator already rivited to the panel. I installed this regulator and so far it is working as expected. I have not had any issue with it. It takes a little bit of work to take the old one off and this one installed, but the money savings and the learning from doing it yourself is worth it. Good quality product that I would say is worth the money spent, or at least for now it is. Indo not want to curse myself and then it breaks down tomorrow, but this far I am pleased with this regulator.
