It was missing the piece that fits in here. I would have requested a refund but I was able to fit my old one on there. For the price, it was great. Libertys have windows problems I guess

Part fit fine but the motor was missing the gear I had everything put together then had to take everything back apart and find out what was going on, luckily my motor worked fine and just swapped them out.

Great fit on the jeep! Only difficult issues were getting the glass to seat and lock into the mount before operating the lift motor.If not fully engaged, the mount comes loose from the window glass and the lift cables tend to get unspooled from motor!! Very tedious task to re set cables properly!!

I ordered this through Amazon because the price was so much better than getting it through an auto parts store and the part works wonderful and I didn’t put it in but a friend of mine put it in and he said it was quite easy to put in

El producto tiene una diferencia donde va el pasador que ancla la manilla para aperturar la puerta el pasador metálico que soporta la manilla no se puede colocar ya que no está alineado el agujero con la parte de arriba del tope que tiene forma ovalada.

I spent all weekend putting this together and I did it right. It broke on the first try going up and down. I did have it locked in.This unit shows up with the white plastic window holder all twisted out of place I tried to straighten it out but it stays crooked.Also the dash on my Jeep shows that the motor is not plugged in for the window. Why?Like even if I had it functioning the dash on my Jeep would say that the window is not working?

Great shipping experience and fit my 2012 Jeep liberty drivers side door perfectly. The cable on my old regulator has 'bird-nested' and broke. Was able to Watch a YouTube video for instructions and turned out to not be as bad of a job as I had thought! Really pleased so far!
