Received oil cooler with part number: 3C34-6A810-CC. This part is no longer the original made in USA oil cooler. Even the gaskets and seals appear to be cheaply made. It would be nice if the correct part number was advertised on this product listing, and “made in China” included as well. Unfortunately, the 6.0L oil coolers are no longer made in the USA, so good quality replacements are becoming difficult to find.
Bad out of the box

Initially though I had a bad out of the box oil cooler because I had oil in my coolant after installation. Turns out, the oil cooler was fine and it was a ruptured transmission cooler inside of the radiator. Make sure to check your radiator and transmission cooler if you have oil and coolant mixing in your 6.0 powerstroke, don't assume it's the oil cooler.

Definitely a oem oil cooler, packaging could be a little better but it wasn’t damaged or anything when it arrived. After replacing my oil temp is right where it should be. Works great!

Everything appeared to be OEM parts and it came with detailed instructions. Other reviews mentioned damaged HPOP screens so I was worried about that. Mine arrived fine despite a lack of packing materials to protect the screen from the oil cooler. It was pretty obvious that my oil cooler had been dropped on the coolant outlet. It had a slight bend which I decided was unlikely to cause any problems as it isn't an actual sealing surface. I believe it was the updated style, based on the thickness it appeared to have one more row than the plugged Dorman unit it was replacing.

This is a real oem ford part. Has the same part number as my original oil cooler. This is not a easy install by no means but can be done from home. I have the oil cooler installed and its doing great. Only problem is oil screen that came with the kit was ripped right out of the box. I was able to clean and reuse my old one so it was no big deal but it could be for someone thats not so lucky to be able to save the old one. Other than that i have zero complaints the part is genuine and works flawlessly. My deltas are holding within 4 degrees of each other after install. Make sure you guys do a coolant flush and a block flush directly after install!

I knew my oil cooler was bad because my coolant would be 190f and oil would climb up to around 220! This kit had everything related to the oil cooler and gaskets needed to complete the job. I did it myself. After changing I have no leaks and my oil stays within 3 degrees of my coolant. So great product. Can’t beat OEM
