The good news. First off I have heat and the cost to purchase the board was 1/4 the cost of having a repair tech install and thousands less than the furnace they wanted to sell me.However, to install this board you need to be able to read schematics. I believe, that the neutral spade connectors are all tied together (bus style) and it doesn’t matter which neutral spade connector you plug into the board neutral spade connector. It took me hours of web research that got me no-where to try and verify. So I took a chance and reconnected everything using common sense, turned on the furnace and I had heat. Pretty happy…

This is the 3rd unit for my Trane furnace. They all seem to be failing in the same area as indicated by an overheated area on the PCB. I have been unable to find these failures documented anywhere. I currently have no faith that my most recent purchase unit will run for the life of the furnace.
