Casters roll nice and smooth and quiet. Only complaint is after a few months they did start to squeak a little bit.

Installation was very straightforward; just pull out the existing casters, and push these new ones in! The rolling aspect is very smooth; a bit too smooth. I sometimes find my rolling stool moves on its own; that's how rubbery slick these casters are. I have no complaints. I had to replace existing casters that were falling apart (ball bearings falling out) on a Saddle Stool I use to sit on while WFH. I am hoping that these new casters are a bit higher quality than the generic ones I had before. TBD.

Love this. Doesn't leave scuff marks on my wood floor. It was very smooth rolling.

I’ve had the giant 3” rubber wheels because that seemed to be the trend. They might be good for roller blades but not for your office chair. If I sat on the edge of my chair with my legs stretched out, the chair would slowly roll backwards but not these wheels. I’ve only had these 2” casters for a day but I can already tell the difference. Way better! I’m a big guy and these roll so smooth. They change direction quicker than the 3” wheel. The center of gravity is lower so they can’t tilt as far as the large wheel and that means less stress on the ball bearings. Only time will tell how long they will last me. But right now I’m loving them.

OK, I have been through 5 different sets of wheels for my office chair. So many I almost feel like consumer report. Any, after the big wheels, the double wheels and the all terrain wheels found these guys. Have a background in engineering I was able to look at these wheels differently than others might have.1st there size: the size is small and compact making movement and directional change simple and smooth.2nd their size: the are small and compact and they have the ability to carry larger weight and still remain stable without wobble.3rd their size: You might think I have started to lose my mind but yet, it really is about the size. They are designed to fit the chair like the original wheels design so they don't change the ergonomics of the chair yet there are much improved over those cheap plastic wheels that came on the chair you paid so much for. They are much more stable feeling then the large inline style wheels and much smoother moving then the double wheel design. Overall they give you a smooth straight roll and hold the weight of much heavery design wheels and they are quite as can be. Oh yeah, they work great on hardwood and tile floors without scratching. Check them out you won't be disappointed

They work as expected and are the only ones I could find that wouldn't add additional height to my big and tall office chair. They provide a nice and smooth movement across my hard floors compared to the original casters which were loud and stiff.

OMG! If you are like me and owned/used an office or gaming chair like this and only ever used the cheap plastic casters that came with the chair, prepare to get your mind blown! My old plastic castors got more and more clogged and it became harder each time to clean them or keep them clean. My chair could pretty much be heard through the whole apartment (brick/cement floors with layers of cheap soft-ish tiles laid over)(I can only imagine how loud it would be on wooden floors, specially those on the flimsier side, probably 1.5-2x louder) Now, its SILENT.I mean true silence, my chair is a heavier executive leather type chair. Everyone used to know what hours I was up because I couldn't do anything about the caster noise. Now its actually silent, like, not muffled or reduced, I mean I cannot hear at all when I move my chair around. Only the slight creaks of an aging chair which Im waiting on a replacement and couldn't wait to try the caster wheel upgrades OMG. I hate myself for being so cheap or lazy or whatever stopped me from getting these sooner. The noise reduction is great and the rolling around is smooth as silk and completely silent.I've read complaints about drift. I cant speak to that too much. It's possible but I sit straight in my chair with my feet planted 9/10 times. If you put your feet up a lot and your floor is uneven or too much weight is shifted to one side, I imagine it would be a problem. If your using the chair correctly, doing work on pc, sitting up straight with decent posture your feet should be more than enough to keep you in place with almost zero effort. Its not that expensive and installation was not that hard at all, a tough flat head screwdriver should be enough in most cases but idk every chair leg design, mine popped right out with almost no effort, I mean no offense but a woman or child could do it in terms of sheer strength/effort. I think you might also need a hammer to tap these in, I used one. I put the screw driver flush over the ball-bearings part between the wheel and housing and tapped on the screw driver to apply force as evenly as possible. I didn't want to bang a hammer directly on one area.Anyway TL:DR: You MUST try these. Trust me, you need them and you'll be to the moon about it once its installed. IDC if these get dirty fall apart, or whatever, they are so useful to me and such a nice experience I will be buying replacements as long as I have to without any regrets, but y'know, here's hoping I get at least one good year of use out of these. You better not still be reading this.. you go buy your own and then write your own review because you're gonna love it.
