Have had these for less than 6 months. They were fine until a few weeks ago I noticed that they were super loose between the wheel and the metal part that lets it spin 360 degrees. Additionally, they are “leaking” grease now and it gets everywhere.

These wheels roll great. And look great. I've gradually been replacing the wheels on all of my various chairs in our offices, my studio, and my craft area. I've experimented with both this inline skate style and the rolling ball style. Each has slightly different properties but I don't have a distinct preference for one style over the other. I put these on a C*stco task chair in a home office with a short-pile wool area run over a wood floor. I love how well they roll without being unstable for the octogenarian who sometimes uses that desk. Overall, these wheels just make (chair) life better.

I feel like these wheels may be slightly too soft, I'm a gamer and if I sit in one spot for too long they kind of don't want to move in one direction, they feel as if they are getting smooshed and all they do is squeak and rub on the floor until enough force is applied then they will swivel and smoothly roll.

I had a garage stool that had terrible plastic double wheels that no matter how often I oiled them, they never rolled well. In fact, they didn't roll unless you were sitting on the stool. Now, with these wheels I zip across the garage with very little effort. I would highly recommend these.
