DO NOT USE THIS SELLER!!!! Purchased a set of 6 office chairs. They cannot be assembled as the holes that the screws go into for the legs are not in the correct position (see photo). Contacted the seller and for almost a month now (since July 31st to today August 23rd) they have been requesting more photo proof, which has been sent multiple times. I've requested either a replacement or a refund and nothing! Just stringing along with we need more. Even uploaded a video to You Tube to show the issue and they still need more!!!! This is ridiculous! This seller is scamming people and they know their chairs are not manufactured correctly and are still selling them. Save yourself the time and money and use a different company. Also if you wanted to return their chairs for a refund you have to pay for shopping, the set of 6 chairs cost a little over $500 and to ship them back would be $450...customers should not be out hundreds of dollars and still not have a working chair!

As others have said, the pre-drilled holes often do not match. (I mean, a few weren't even close) I bought 8, ended up with 6 due to missing parts for one and having an issue with a bolt snapping on the other due to the hole size being incorrect. I would return the 2 that didn't work, but I had to pay for shipping.Of the 6 I was able to put together, I had to use a drill bit to extend pre-drilled holes in order for parts to line up.

The title says it all. The only thing I'll add is that you're going to want to use some Loctite or something to keep the bolts from backing out under normal use cases.
