Absolutely great little wall feature unfortunately the pockets are a bit shallow so can't quite get enough dirt in there but for small little petite plants and gardens that don't need a lot of roots they're great. Inspired me to end up sewing my own design that could fill up a bit more

I have a very expensive version of this product. The difference is the lining. The reason your plants are dying is the material on this does not retain any moisture. But I know a fix.You need to cut out landscape felt in 12x12 pieces. You wrap the plant up like a diaper, and hold it together with a rubber band. Then insert. For extra protection, add felt to the lining as well. This will retain moisture, and also keep the dirt from falling out.Fold a corner of the felt, lay plant so it sticking out top of fold. Fold opposite corner, pull up over plant, then wrap the two other corners around plant and hold with a rubber band.I have 6 years with my living wall. I was glad to find a much less expensive alternative, with my own modifications. Also I an figuring out how to hang to put less strain on the grommets. Perhaps the top sandwiched between to boards?I tested this product by drenching it with water. I dries up in the sun very quickly. So lining is imperative. You’re welcome 😁

If you nailed this to a wooden fence, a metal gate, or you have a super professional steel brace, you can use this item. However, I would not hang this on a plaster wall or anything that can't take a ton of weight. Dont hang this indoors either. Once used with water, soil, and plants , I believe this product will be super heavy. Also the pockets were very small and too close together.

I got one for myself and one for my grandmother, who is a master gardener and has millions of little pots all over, and this helps clear out a bit more floor space (for bigger pots, of course!) it looks great on the wall and we're very happy with the results! I am thinking of getting the bigger size as well.

I purchased around 40 strawberry plants last year and put them in a raised bed. I had NOOOOO idea that strawberries multiplied like they do. I wanted to find a way to get them up out of the bed and planted in a way I could easily maintain them. These bags did the trick. These pictures were takes an couple weeks ago, most of the plants are in full bloom now!I use a watering system. I took a close up of it in one of the pics. I have water drizzling into the top row and it's gravity fed down to the rest of the plants. I water them 1-3 times a day depending on how warm it is. If you're going to plant something like this in them, be aware that watering regularly is a must. There's not much dirt in each of the pouches so they dry out fast in the sun.The week after I got them all planted in these hanging planters, the deer discovered them...lol Hence, the 3rd pic with the cages around them :PI would buy these again and again, love them. Such a cute/different approach in the garden!!

I have a six foot chain link fence and Fred Sanford and Son live next door (or so it appears). Tired of staring at various flotsam and jetsam in his yard when I'm on my patio, I was desperate. I couldn't afford to build a stone wall and didn't want to have to remove a section of patio to plant a hedge. Then, I saw this. I ordered 1 to measure. It's larger than I thought. I just ordered 4 more. This summer, I will have a living wall of New Guinea Impatiens with some potted plants below. These are well made. The pockets are deep enough for annuals or vegetable plants. The fabric is thick and sturdy. They have metal grommets at the corners for hanging. They seem like they'll last several years if I empty and store them in the shed in Winter.

My plants died abruptly after putting in this. Could be me, could be the planter. It's likely me, which is why I'm giving this all the stars. It holds up well, and the fabric is tough. I found the pockets to be a bit too small, and that resulted in the pants being squished into the pockets.
