Looks very good.I don't know that I would change an oem cover for it,but it's very nice. I had an unfortunate event that took out my oem cover and cooler, purchased this as a replacement.

I’d like to get my hands on the people that sold this to me. I got the bracket on, but then the cover didn’t fit right and shakes and makes noise… so trying to take it off and the bolt on the bracket strips out, so now I have a bracket hanging off my bike that I can’t tighten, loosen or cut off because it’s directly by the oil lines… you’ve been warned, don’t buy it!

Once I found a helpful YouTube, I realized how the bracket mounted. It uses the main bolt holes for the oiler cooler itself

Not sure how much this is going to do to protect much with it being cheap plastic but it looks nice after installing but some basic installation instructions would have been helpful since it installs nothing like factory cover, I reused factory screws for cooler mount because the ones included didn’t seem to be the right thread and I didn’t want to strip out the holes.
