Worked great, but thought to be expensive

I've used kinesio tapes and have never experienced the rash and leftover stickiness before. It was nice how easy it was to peel and stick having the pieces already cut out. But that was about it. It gave me good support but after removal I have tiny abrasions where the tape ended and everywhere there was tape my stomach is sticky. Also while wearing the side threads would peel away like a cheap bandaid. Returning and won't buy again.

I like the material. Stays on. It doesn't seem to provide enough lift as I would like. It is stretcher than I would like.

This item is a life changer for pregnancy. The stickiness is super strong making them last on the belly a long time, however, hard to remove if wanted to. I use oils and soap to help with the removal, and it doesn't leave any residue by doing it that way. The support is amazing if applied correctly. These are super functional and it was very thoughtful of them to include a small sample to test for allergies

Tape does work really well but like others said it is difficult to take off. The residue left behind is awful.

They provide a test strip to make sure you don’t have a reaction to the adhesive; which is a good idea for those with sensitive skin. Easy to apply with instructions to assist on how to put the tapes on. It did relieve some back pain, and provided comfort. Stickiness was strong, and easy to remove at the same time.

Read some comments about people having a hard time to remove it. The instructions are clear about using soap but I found removing it during shower with soap and hot water even better. Returned it thou bc I missed the information about 4 sets only. $26.99 for 4 sets is too pricey for a person who needs to use it in a daily basis due to pregnancy.

Right before I put this on, my mid back back was in a lot of pain. No matter what position I was trying to sit, stand, or lay in, I could not find relief. For reference, I am about 26 weeks pregnant and already experiencing a fair amount of pain from my pregnancy belly weight gain due to my petite nature and limited internal space for baby. I am 5'1 and before pregnancy I was 95lbs.Within seconds after applying this tape according to the directions, I had so much relief that my mid back was actually free of pain for the next couple of hours. As the day goes on, the pain typically worsens, and I only just started to feel the pain again by about the time I was going to go to bed.My goal was to leave the tap on for as long as I could while still finding relief. I figured the tape, which was holding up a good amount of weight, would stretch out over time. I also know, that at the rate my pregnant belly is growing, that I may need to remove the tape and reposition for optimal support.I ended up leaving the tape on for a little over 30 hours. During that time, I took a bath and was fairly active with household chores. The tape appeared to stay firmly in place. Only towards the very end of that 30 hours did I notice it just start to lose its effectiveness. I am sure I could have left it on longer with it remaining effective, but I didn't want my abs to grow too weak by having it on too long (I am not sure what an appropriate time frame would be, and this probably is very different for everyone).I needed to take the tape off in the shower as the removal process was not very pleasant. It definitely pulled at my sensitive belly skin and fine peach fuzz. The heat from the shower seemed to help, but it only took the edge off. I found the best way to remove it was by pulling downwards in the direction of the tape and putting that section directly in the stream of water. Sometimes I would switch back and forth between removing each piece bit by bit to allow time for it to fully soak. I did experiment with both soap and oil at different stages of this removal process to see if either helped. I can't say they did much. I was also hesitant to try and remove it quickly since the skin in the area I applied it to was very soft and I didn't want to break it. Had this been on my arm or leg, I would have pulled it quickly.I am giving this product 4 stars, because although it provided me almost complete relief from my back pain, it was painful to remove and I am also still removing sticky residue several days later. If I am being completely honest though, I haven't tried very hard to remove the residue yet outside of using my oil based belly cream... I should really try some rubbing alcohol next...
