I finally broke down after a year of struggling to get my Weber Q200 to burn hot. Installation was easy and the price was much better than all the alternatives. Wish I would have done this sooner because now my grill is working like new!

I put this on myself following the simple printed, and video, instructions. It works great. Only time will tell if it's as good as the original that lasted more than 10 years.
