I love these Oklahoma Joes grilling tools and this carving set is no exception. Super heavy duty, works well, expect them to last for years. We do turkey once a month or so, these will get plenty of use.

It comes in open packaging so it can be scuffed. Also, it'd be better if it came with a storage case of some sort.
