I’m very sad. Even after having to add additional yeast. It still went sour. And was really bad. I was real strict with making sure every was clean and sanitized

This kit is geared for the beginner but it provides an excellent end product. I have been brewing for over 30 years and wanted something that did not require the major setup that I have used in the past. This required my basic equipment, took an hour to brew, and resulted in a very drinkable stout. The cap labels are a wonderful touch. I don't have to create labels as in the past.

This beer is top notch. This is just another great product from Jaspers. I've bought 4 kit's from them now, and all of them have been phenomenal. Friends think you are actually talented when really most of the credit goes to Jaspers.

This has replaced the Stout that I bought at the local store. It has a wonderful aroma and taste. I could hardly wait for the beer to be ready. Has a nice, creamy head too. These kits are made with fresh, great ingredients. I will be buying all of my beer kits from Jasper's in the future. If you love a good, dark, imperial stout this will impress you.
