Zero stars isn’t an option so one it is. DONT BUY! didn’t work and to send it back to them I HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING BACK which is 78 or 103!!!! It won’t heat up. Called company to trouble shoot it and was told no problem send it back… only to find we had to pay shipping back, which is $78! SOO crazy

We like the price compared to other ones we looked at for that size. We are using it in a bar atmosphere as a special treat for our customers. Pops fast and overall cleans very easily. A+

Our Lodge loves having popcorn, and this one met all our needs. It makes a large amount, doesn't burn, and there isn't waste. Worth every penny. We're very happy with this machine. I like that it's easy to clean by removing the popper bucket. I will share that it likes to have more oil used than what the instructions wrote. Very happy with this purchase and highly recommend.

Makes a cup and a half of popcorn at a time. Nearly every kernel pops. Way better than other machines. Very sturdy, looks and works good.

Works great!!!! You can make ALOT of popcorn at one time with the 12oz kettle. I like the glass in this one vs. Plexiglass in other models. No problems as other posts stated, as far as working intermittently. Works best if you put coconut oil in heat until melted, then add popcorn seeds and let heat seeds slowly. Tried instructions way of heating oil 3 to 5 minutes, the oil got way too hot and did not pop the corn right. I would buy this model again...so convenient.

For the price, this is a great deal. Build quality isn't top of the line, but sturdy enough and acceptable. The main drawback is the 12-cup kettle is pretty big in relation to the cabinet. This adds awkwardness to loading the kettle and cleaning it in place since the lid lifting tab is on the left side. If I'm making a single batch, I'll usually remove the kettle to load it up as a result. Could be turned slightly counter-clockwise which would make it much easier to load and wipe out, or put the lid lifting tab on the opposite side (could possibly switch it yourself as it's screwed on and symmetrical). Would have liked a 6 or 8-cup option for the kettle which I think would have been perfect.Found that popping more than 2 cups of kernals at a time usually ends up with a lot of unpopped kernals, so we only load up to 2 cups of kernals per batch. That was plenty to keep up with a 350 person gathering without too much trouble.

Great popper! We were using one at our business that really was geared more residential and was very hard to keep clean and popped small batches. This one is definitely a commercial popper. I love that the sides are glass and easy to clean. I love the metal kernal tray that collects unpopped kernsals/crumbs and we can pop 3 times as much as our old one at a time. Wished we had purchased this to begin with but now I gained an okay one for home, lol!
