Size was suppose to be XX LG for 2 pairs. .The gray one is 16 inches at the waist and the black one is under 12 inches at the waist .

I just bought my second pair of these because I really really liked the first pair. They are so comfortable and soft. I love the pocket and elastic waistband. They also wash very well and don't shrink. Lightweight and perfect for the summer. Can run errands, go to beach, whatever you want because they good and also very slimming. I did order a pair for my cousin (large) who is 4 ft 11 inches and the size fit very well but she has to get them hemmed because they are too long. So, just keep that in mind if you're on the shorter side.

These are lightweight, so great for my 2 mile walks around the lake in summer heat. The waistband elastic is stitched in 4 rows, so the elastic does not roll. The pocket is the perfect size for a Galaxy Note phone and the waist drawstring can be tied tight enough that the weight of the phone can't de-pants you!

Love these for around home. Very soft material. May not the best to dress up with but wonderful for around home!! Sizing is good.
