The 32gb DDR4 memory kit is compatible and works very well with my MSI Z690 Plus Wi-Fi motherboard. I had no issues setting up XMP for the full 3600mhz speed and it's very stable with good latency. I only saw 1 XMP profile, but that's ok since it's set for the max speed and that's all that I need. You can always configure them using different JDEC profiles of your choice if needed. This is a basic, affordable and easy to setup no frills kit that uses SK Hynix modules vs Samsung in case anybody wants to know, but since it operates at the full 3600mhz without any stability issues I personally find both memory types to be perfectly acceptable at XMP speeds. It's my understanding that Samsung modules will overclock easier to high frequencies, but you pay more, might not have a fully stable system and I don't need to OC past XMP anyways since it can be risky when all you need is a stable PC that works well without crashing that can be caused by timings, high heat or a higher overclock than XMP 3600mhz. I just don't have the need to overclock these modules since my 12600k DDR4 system is fast enough and very responsive. When gaming you won't notice any difference when using a DDR4 system vs a DDR5 system as I've used both types. I recommend these modules to anybody who needs an affordable, yet simple to setup pair of DDR4 sticks. I'm not disappointed and very satisfied with them, kudos on a job well done.

Works as it should. Looks good in my build. I'm using it with a MSI Mortar B550 motherboard and an AMD Ryzen 5 CPU in a gaming PC.

Over several decades of computing, plenty of things, like hard drives, CD-ROM drives, PC fans and usb sticks have failed, but I’ve never a CPU, GPU, memory DIMM or motherboard fail on me, until this purchase. I upgraded an older home desktop PC in May 2024 and purchased these memory together a new motherboard and CPU. Things worked fine until the PC stopped working all of a sudden in September 2024. Swapped a bunch of components to see what was the issue, and it ended up being one of the pair of 8 Gb OLOy memory sticks failed. Yikes. I often buy no-name memory because the chips are often sourced from the same place, but I won’t be buying OLOy again.Worst yet, OLOy refused to RMA the memory unless I could produce a memory test report, but of course the memory was so bad that I can’t boot the computer if the bad stick is installed. Massive fraudulent warranty. DO NOT BUY.

Replaced my 16gb g skills neo with oloy, and worked/corrected instantly. My only problem I had (idk if it’s my mobo) is the OC. Apex lagged every 5 seconds while I was playing. I had to revert back to 3200mhz from DOCP (this card is 3600mhz). The drams are labeled as undefined in BIOS, but that doesn’t bother me.I’m running on asus tuf x570 and ryzen 3600.

Working flawlessly. Run pretty hard for few month now. top-tier Quality memory without brand-name tax. As I suspected 64 wasn't really enough for me, so ordered 2 more sticks of 32gb. 3200Mhz is excellent speed. The fault, dear Brutus, is not in our stars, but in ourselves, that we don't understand computers. The negative comments about timing are ignorance to a long held common standard. this memory is on point. if your motherboard is on point in recognizing/setting is luck draw, as already endlessly noted, many will have to turn on XMP in bios because it wasn't already toggled on in their motherboard. that is just part of installing memory, you not swapping batteries. not the memory fault computers were designed for computer nerds. the memory is good, computers can be hard. For note, I have ASRock Z390 Phantom Gaming 4 motherboard bought at the end of 2019, but the leading memory standard so yea it will work in everything it should work in. Most things as this still the dominant hardware class.CPU/GPU's are evolving so the importance of ram speed is a shifting landscape. but most gamers would not be disappointed with this memory. yes, is faster speeds today but in bang for the buck with how fast hardware changes (or just trying get best system for the dollar), this good choice. in most setups 3200Mhz is still in the high end performance sweet zone, and there are a lot of advancements coming, I found this the perfect speed to tide me over until the next hardware revolution. wild times1/21 update: installed the 2nd set, so running 128gb ram now without issues. oddly XMP got turned off when adding 2nd set, so speed reverted to 2133, dunno why, but turned back on in bios and memory returned to 3200. Wanted enough ram that I wasn't using disk cache and this is what it took. need what you need i guess. certainly proven Bill Gates 'nobody ever need more 640k' wrong! lol! anyways, memory is solid, zero issues2/23 update: spoke too soon. system, not often, but on occasions has started to lock up. took me awhile to rule out some other things I changed. Is better to buy memory in sets or at the very least at or close to same time so better chance is less variance between the sticks. I wonder if that is problem I having here. The memory is good .. I've run memory test and no errors. Maybe I need a higher quality motherboard to better handle 128gb. But for now I will try tweaking the settings, maybe shuffle the sticks around (tech is silly sometime) .. will have research first, I think increasing(?) the voltage is one trick for stability, if doesn't work I'll try underclocking. see if that helps my system handle this much ram better. -- also considered problem could be my m2 overheating, isn't something that changed in my system, but ordering a heatsink for it anyways --2/28 - after changing clock speed to 3100 I've yet to experience another lockup running 128gb. could be imperfections in the memory but probably my lower end motherboard. I was considering upgrading my mobo, but if it stays stable then I'm happy.
