Use with both of my Milwaukee 1/2 and the wear on the socket is very minimal after a few weeks taking off lug nuts with it… highly recommend …

having recently procured the m18 2967/ forge battery combo it was immediately apparent that if I was going to use an extender it would need to be bulletproof given how much of a beast the new high torque is.Enter the Olsa 3” locking extender. It has an incredibly tight fit over the impact’s anvil and the locking mechanism is very solid. also, I don’t hate that the colors match as well haha. I regularly use the 3/8” and 1/2” 3-inch extenders both with impact wrenches as well as ratchets when I need a strong locking extender.I’m genuinely looking forward to trying the 6” versions as well given how solid these have been.In my humble opinion every Olsa product i’ve tried thus far has exceeded my expectations for quality and finish and I expect if you give this a try it will do the same for you!

Probably the best for home use. Ok for a professional mechanic, but the locking portion is made cheaply, and I've had one fail, just by the internal detent falling out, which makes the lock useless. Use carefully.

It broke after using to drive a 5/16 self taping screw into metal. The lock slide just detached preventing getting the socket off the extension. Felt like a good tool too.. sad

This is a very robust and quality, impact rated extension. The locking feature is especially handy for tight spaces where you can’t see, as it holds the socket on without worry of it falling into the engine bay, etc. This will keep you from losing that precious unicorn we call a 10mm socket!

When I used this on my car to replace my receded spark plug the extension stayed attached to the spark plug socket.(Note: 3/8th drive)
