These are toasty and warm, soft and comfortable and are my winter go-to socks. The pictures don't show the lovely fleecy inside of the sock. I haven't had quality issues or holes as others have reported, and the socks I received are of a medium thickness (can't see through them, not thin as others have reported). Mine arrived 3 pairs in a cardboard box with Onke labelling rather than a plastic bag. I love these socks.

These aren't up to par with my other hiking socks. These are thinner and the weave is not tight? They feel okay in the hand but once you slip these on and stretch them out a bit its apparent that they're thinner or of lower quality wool than you'd get by paying, say, $20 for a single pair from a certain other popular wool sock brand. Overall not a bad deal on socks you'll wear around the house but I wouldn't hike any meaningful distance in these.

Tried a few other socks, who does the measuring??? These ones actually fit properly according to the size. They seem very comfortable and durable. Would buy again.

The Onke merino socks were ordered for use when hiking and wear in cooler weather.I wear a 13 D (medium) shoe, and these socks fit my feet perfectly. The socks were worn the day after receipt. The socks kept my feet dry, were warm, and were comfortable. My feet felt cushioned throughout the day.BOTTOM LINE: These are very comfortable socks, and are some that I would want to wear during the cooler months since they are warm. At their current price of about $30.00 for 4 pair, these socks are a great buy. I would definitely order them again.

I have size 10 feet and ordered the larger size (XL 12-15) and they fit just right. Not tight, but not too loose either. They did shrink a bit after a couple washings, but nothing dramatic. If you're on the fence concerning size, I would go with the larger size. These socks are nice and thick and good for cooler weather. The Polyester and Spandex make them nice and stretchy. I would prefer a bit more wool content, but for the price you can't complain too much. Good value, 4 pair for about the same price you would pay for a sing pair of premium heavy weight socks. Time will tell how they hold up, but so far I'm pleased with this purchase.
