I purchased three of these valves for three different fire pits. After 6 months of use all three valves don’t turn on without repeatedly turning it off then on again. Sometimes it takes as much as 15 on-off turns for the gas to be released. Do not recommend, can use a suggestion for better valve

I purchased this valve because of the many good reviews and because it was half the price of one from Menards. As soon as it was installed, the technician told me that it was faulty and that gas was still leaking from it. I had bought another valve from another seller on Amazon as a backup, but that one was faulty as well. I ended up having to pay for another valve from Menards and another $80 to have it installed a couple days later. All in all, not worth the initial savings, cause it’ll cost you more later.

It’s a hood valve I give 3 star because it’s 1/2 turn valve for fire place or fire pit it’s hard to adjust pressure

Built a wine barrel fire pit and installed this piece. Makes it super easy to start the fire without having to open the door and turn the other valves. Lives through one harsh winter and looks great!

It was a normal gas valve, but at a great price in very quick delivery. It was cheaper than going and picking 1 up 20 miles away

Bought this for my outdoor fire pit I built. Looks just like the photo, Beautiful. No leaks. Easy to turn. Would purchase again.
