Fits my webber grill perfectly and really is more convenient than using a piece of tin foil. Distribute heat evenly and not flimsy at all when cooking or carrying around. Really helps when you need to cook easily burnt items on the grill like veggies. The slits allows liquid to pass through while keeping the content inside from getting scorched by the flame, especially helpful when cooking oily meat like bacon. Cleans easy too, love it.

What a pleasure to own such a large and beautiful stainless steel BBQ grill tray!! It measures 18 7/8” x 16 1/4” and with such a large grilling area, it can accommodate a lot of food. I sprayed some oil on it first, used a brush to spread the oil so that the entire surface is coated, then I insert it to our BBQ and heat it up then I add my veggies. The veggies cooked fast and they were tasty. For washing, I always sprayed some soap and water and let stand for about 30 minutes to loosen anything that was stuck and then ran a sponge to clean. This grilling tray is very well made with thick gauged stainless steel, it is not overly heavy and it is very substantial in your hands. I called it our BBQ heirloom because it looked so great. Our family loves it and so will you!

I got this grill pan primarily to use when making the NYT recipe for oven roasted shawarma on the grill, and to make adana kabab without all those skewers. I was pleased to find the high quality of the steel (it won't warp on the grill under high heat) and the size (it covers the entire surface of our gas grill so I don't need to use numerous pans to cook anymore). If you season the pan first with a high smoke-point oil (e.g. grapeseed oil) you won't have a headache when cleaning up! I can't wait to make fire roasted bell peppers, brussels sprouts, and all sorts of veggies with this grill pan!

The way I see it, you can never have too much grilling items. Perfect for veggies and for on the grill cooking. Gives you the ability to cook over smoke and is really easy to clean. Very sturdy, and price set for it is well worth it.
