Ordered as a Christmas gift and received with box intact and in good condition. When we opened it the glass was shattered into a million pieces. Contacted the company, sent pictures. They answered quickly and kept me informed. They replaced the fire pit. This one was in perfect condition! This was the best customer service I have had in a long time. The gift was for my daughter and she said the quality is top notch and she is very happy with it. I would absolutely buy from this company again.

This is a great little firepit for our table in the backyard. We have made s’mores on it several times! The ignite (sterter) button doesn’t work at all, but it’s easy enough to start with a lighter. A great addition to our backyard!

I built an outdoor table top out of 4x4 and 2x4 pieces that sits on top of concrete paver pedestals. The table is 4x8 feet. It is easy to drill the appropriate sized hole through the top. The fire pit is very nice looking. I just wish it had the same glass at both ends. It was easy to assemble and connect to the tank. It puts out a nice heat and looks good out there. It is relatively easy to disconnect and put away when not in use.

Nice little fire and throws out a good amount of heat. Just gotta put the glass and rocks in, then connect to tank. Stays lit even when windy, great value for the price. Have had for a couple months now

It arrived fast and well packaged. Didn’t take a minute to put together. However, after following the instructions to light it…multiple times with a five minute break in between as instructed….I finally gave up and used a lighter.I am happy it came with the glass shield, wish it were on all 4 sides. As you can clearly see in my second picture, the ends of the row of flame are leaning towards the center. And honestly the wind wasn’t blowing.I am happy with the style. when I found it I was looking at the fire pit tables. But I already have a patio table, don’t need another one. So this table top pit worked great with the hose fitting down through the umbrella hole. I’m happy with the design. I really don’t mind using my lighter to light it. So all in all…I would recommend it.
