Excellent mattress. Amazing tech. Very firm but soft on top, super comfy for me. (I bought the 14" cal king.) Delivered in 3 days, puffed up to be usable the first night. You'd never know this came compressed in a box. No special setup requirements - just put the sheets on.

Mattress seems fine, I didn't wait 48-72 hours and just set it up after I opened it. My old mattress was over 17 years old and have been pondering whether or not to replace it.The package is heavy so i had to drag it inside my house. I pulled the roll out of the box and used the included cutting tool to slice the plastic wrap. The mattress sprung to life. As I type this review, im laying on it, and it feels great. Highly recommended!

It's not bad for a cheap mattress. You can tell it's just enough padding to not feel the springs and that's about it. It's a little bouncy. Soft but somewhat firm. Good deal for the price point

After owning a temperpedic for the last 10 years, I was skeptical about a bed in a box. Times are tough and post christmas depression hit, so rather than dropping another 3k on a bed I gave it a shot. Best decision I've made! I've had 2 full nights of actual sleep!! Woke up with no back pain. It's the perfect amount of support and adjusts to any sleep position. I'm obsessed. Can't wait to come home and jump in bed. I ate in bed last night just to get more time on it lol.Great value for the price. Definitely need 2 people to lift and move. Also, when opening with the handy cutter they provide I suggest not standing directly in front of it. It pops open quick, which I'm sure was written somewhere and I was too excited to take note of. I didn't allow the 24 to 48 hours to fully expand because I have zero self control, but haven't noticed anything that has affected the quality.Don't hesitate or save it for later this is the one!

It is too soft to have the description as “firm”. I am returning the bed. If you are looking for a soft bed, this one is for you. If you like firm mattresses, this is NOT for you.————-Updated review - Customer service reached to me and offered a refund of the product. Even though it was not my preferred product, the customer service is impeccable.
