Great for storage, but I would probably not use it for travel as it's a little big for carry ons. Besides that this works great and saves a ton of space. Just pack clothes and use a vacuum to remove the air and you can compress it a ton.

Tested in shallow water for about a minute. The contents stayed dry. I still want to try a longer, deeper submerging but at minimum this should be fine if you drop it in water and grab it. Also good for making sure your spare socks and lightweight sleeping bag stay dry in a torrential downpour. You do need to make sure the zipper is 100% closed, and it doesn’t slide easily, so it might feel jammed at first. That same stiffness means it’s unlikely to slip open accidentally though which is good in a waterproof bag.I tested two different vacuum sealers on the ports. Neither worked at all. As advertised it’s roll or squish (though I was also able to treat the ports like a straw and suck the air out, but I wouldn’t do that unless the ports are clean).Seems well made and durable and will be great for river adventures.

I just started using these vacuum compression bags, and they’re a game changer for travel! The airtight zipper works perfectly to keep clothes dry and clean, and I love the one-way valve that makes it easy to remove air by hand. The lightweight design and durable material make them perfect for organizing and saving space in my luggage. The added visualization window is such a helpful touch to quickly find what I need. Highly recommend!
