Five minutes to install and now the once open hole to nowhere can be used to store things.

The product arrived broken and unusable. I wanted to return it in exchange for another, but Club Car charges a shipping fee to return the product and deducts it from the refund. If that isn't bad enough, there is no possible way to contact them after 5:00 PM to try to rectify the situation. I hope you have a better experience with this product than we have.

Difficult to install didn't fit very well.Tolerances on the unit were not close enough to fit well.
