The only vest that wouldn't prevent our male Border terriers from urinating freely. All other vests made them urinate on their bellies due to the straps

My boy is 35 lbs but small seeming. This was very thick and was too small. The straps would have dug into his chest even if it fit, by design. I returned and got Ruffwear.
