Upon arrival I dumped both separated parts out in a controlled bowl and assembled them. PRODUCT seems solid and not one of them had threads that would not work together. Total plus. Their size will be perfect for two pieces of 8/9oz leather to be joined.My complaint is there were only 48 in my package. Might seem petty but that's just what some companies would want you to think while they short people 2-5 sets. Not saying at all this is what the company is doing. Just saying I paid for 50 sets and I expect 50 is all. How hard is it?

Bought these to allow me to join a leather joiners nail pouch to a new leather belt as I did not want to sew the two together as I don’t have the tools. These worked great. I’m sure they will have other uses for those that I have left from the pack.

Well made, solid construction, nice threads. These posts/screws are great for leather working and repair. You get a TON of them in this package, and I continue to find new ways to use them. Would buy them again...but, I probably won't need to, since I got so many.

Vor einem guten Jahr, als ich eine Gürtelschnalle "retten" wollte, habe ich den Charme des Nietens kennen gelernt: Damit lassen sich insb. Leder und Kunststoffe / Jeans viel schneller und dauerhafter miteinander verbinden als mit Nähgarn (wenn man üerhaupt durchs Leder kommt...).Das Tolle an Schraubnieten ist dass sie sich auch noch (im Gegensatz zu ihren zusammengequetschten "Verwandten") leicht wieder lösen und wiederverwenden lassen.Die gekauften Schraubnieten sind schon ziemlich "fett", also nur für robuste Anwendungen wie Gürtel, Lederjacken etc. Für Filigraneres wie Portemonnaies o.ä. braucht man kleinere.

I bought these to use as a sort of "hanger" for a Swiss knife sheath that I'd purchased (Morakniv). Turns out it's the perfect size--there's a little bit of resistance as the button slides through the "neck" of the keyhole slot, and the head of the screw is large enough that the sheath won't fall off. Perfect for my needs.Besides that, the product looks great on their own. Going to have to try to come up with some other uses for them :)

WWE replica title belts have the unfortunate side effect of losing they screws that hold the plates in place if you handle the belt too much. I've been to Home Depot, Lowes and every other hardware store I come across looking for a replacement for those screws.Could not find them. Decided to take a risk on these, and they fit perfectly. YES! Thank you. No more falling side plates.
