Bought it due to the volume of good reviews but I'm pretty disappointed. Not very easy to assemble. Very small. Maybe for kids and small/medium size persons. Unfortunately I just noticed that once I assemble the whole thing and try to use it, and I don't think I will be able to return it without paying a fortune.Not comfortable for benchpress as the gap between the weight holder bars is too narrow. Biceps work using the handle bars is not good/possible.

I enjoy the bench, it came with all parts. It also has the great option of moving benchbup to makenot easier to move and take less space. Also it was easy to build but there is a few annoyances. The side extensions for butterflies are waaay too short. They do not work the chest muscles at all. Also the tray that holds the bar is a bit wobbly. Can be worrisome when you have heavy weights on it. The price is OK, I would look for something cheaper option that doesn't have the side extensions or find a product with better ones.

So overall I love it! Its practical and compact design makes it ideal for small homes even garage gyms. Its comfortable and of good quality material.In the photos is what I noticed instantly, the bar that supports the pad you lay on sticks out about 1.5" too far on one side and is not adjustable. So in the photos I show what it was, the steps I took with the grinder, and how it fit after. The weight on there is a CAP 25 lb and it was not going to clear if I didn't make the adjustment.The last photo shows that once you tighten the bolt enough to contact the frame DO NOT overtighten them or the frame will dimple. I wish they wouldve put a cylinder type washer inside the frame so you can tighten them good. But just something else to be aware of.Also one more measurment they left out is the space it takes depth wise, it is about 2 ft deep while completely folded upright.Great piece of equipment to get you started!I recommend getting some standard to olympic weight adaptors, you would need 3 for the actual equipment, and depensing where you put your equipment buy non slip pads for the equipment feet.Other than that you should be good to go! Have at it and get those results started!

The bench was very cost effective for all the features it provides. Bought it for my son for Christmas and he absolutely loves it and has been putting it through its paces. Very easy to assemble and the instructions were clearly written. There are multiple exercises you can do with this bench (press, squat, curls, legs, arms). If you are planning on using Olympic bar and weights with this bench I would recommend purchasing three 1 inch to 2 inch bar converters so that you don't have to buy different sized weights for the arm/curl features. These features have a 1 inch weight post and olympic weights do not fit correctly.The metal tube frames can warp if you over tighten the bolts/nuts when assembling so make sure to only torque as much as needed.ONCE AGAIN WELL WORTH THE COST!

The weight bench was easy to build, strong, and sturdy. It is versatile and does all of the workouts as stated.I do know that the product is rust-resistant but I have it outdoors. So before I built the weight bench, I gave it a coat of outdoor paint spray to give it extra protection from the elements. The spray paint has not chipped or come off thus far. It has been three months. Additionally, it stays on and does not smudge. But first, you do have to let the paint cure for a couple of days. Then pass a quick damp rag to clean any minor smudges. For a third layer of protection, I bought a large treadmill outdoor cover for the weight bench. I could not find any outdoor weight bench cover that was large enough for this specific weight bench.For me, the only negative thing is the range of motion of some of the equipment. I would have liked some of the workouts could have a larger/longer range of motion but again that is just my preference. I recommend this product to maintain fit and work out.

The weight bench came in right on time and in excellent condition. The box was long and a little heavy but I had a dolly to help get it in the house. I couldn't wait for my husband to get home so I assembled it myself. It was so easy. The instructions were really easy to understand and all of the hardware was separated and labeled. It could not have been easier. It is a little sturdier than our last one which makes me feel a lot more confident in using it. It also folds up nicely against the wall when not in use, which is great because it keeps the dogs off of it. lol Overall a really great purchase.

I was a little skeptical of buying this due to the low price. But I went for it. After receiving the product within a few days of ordering. It was simple to install within an hour or so. Been using now for a few months and so far has held up well. After a few uses you will need to retighten the hardware but no big deal. Only thing I would add is some bumpers to keep from slamming down. But I love the set up and the price. We are just beginning and is working for what we need at this time.

I purchased this for my high school son, and his review is positive: : This bench is very good for the price. There have been no problems with it and everything on the bench works perfectly fine. It was not hard to build and the instructions were simple and easy to follow. The only thing that could be different is the width of the bench grip. It could be awkward for some people if it is too narrow. Other than that, the whole bench set is great and is worth the price.
