Most importantly the design of the hooks for resting the barbell is DANGEROUS. My very first time benching, at the end of my set, I accidentally bumped one of the hooks when I was trying to rack and quit AND IT FELL OFF ONTO THE FLOOR. At the end of a set I was stuck holding a loaded bar and could not rack it. Luckily someone was there to pick it up and replace it while I kept my arms locked. By design these are dangerous as they rely only on gravity to hold them in place and are very light. I did not bump it very hard.I intend to find a solution such as some large rubber bands to hold these hooks in place but the design should be changed ASAP.My other complaint is the benches themselves. They are pretty thin and also pretty wobbly, not well attached to the metal frame. Probably wouldn't be great support if you intend to go very heavy.It's too bad because otherwise this feels very solid and well made but these are 2 major flaws that drag it down.

This is perfect for my indoor gym. I wanted something that offers a lot of different workout options but did not take up too much space. This is great and the quality is better than expected.

I really lime the diversity of exercises. I was an all dumbell guy before this bench. Now, it handles Olympic weights and full size bars. Very sturdy.and safe. Also comfortable.

I dropped my gym because of a nerve disease. Driving as far as I do to town and back made me spend too much time at the gym to make sure I got my week's time in, and it was too much for me.I ordered this thinking it was going to be a cheaply made thing I could use and abuse and just get a new one with the money saved on membership fees. It's not the high art of gym equipment, but for the price I am more than surprised. The instructions were step by step easy to understand to put it all together. I did have a piece that was damaged but I contacted the seller and they got me a new piece instantly. Great starter bench for a home gym.

Very easy to use. Extremely sturdy. I like how its easy to adjust for different exercises. My son absolutely loves using it daily.

I purchased this product for my son's 13th birthday because he recently took an interest in working out && he absolutely loved it && so do I!! It's even better than I imagined!! It's very sturdy, made well, easy to put together, comes with all the tools to assemble, it has multiple uses for different workouts, && the price was great compared to all the others that I viewed!! Also the customer service was amazing!! I would 10/10 recommend this product for anyone looking!!

Bought this as a gift for a family member and it was an immediate hit. They noted how high quality the materials felt, and also how easy it was to build. So I would say it was a great value for the amount of money! Also, it has quite a few different exercises that can be performed on it!
