This cooler is the best one I've had in a long time. Definitely well built and sturdy. Visually appealing, not that that was a selling point for us, but I do understand that it might be for others. Absolutely love the top velcro access point! We use that a lot when we are traveling. Keeps everything very cold, consistently, for the duration of use. Easy to clean up and folds down to store conveniently.

I bought an OPUX 24 can cooler so I could transport food to our 0.6 cubic foot portable fridge on the boat. It is very nicely assembled and holds ice much better than expected for such a thin wall. I believe it has metalized insulation: a flashlight shows no light through it, a sign that heat is reflected rather than transmitted through the fabric. My expensive hard coolers all transmit light (heat) as a dull red glow, which is generally a bad thing. The little pockets are quite useful for carrying odd items, and when not in use it folds to about 3" high. It was used daily for carrying ice and quickly cooling drinks on a two week sailing adventure, so it has at least good durability.

We like to have packed lunches when on trips. I bought this specifically because a) you can put ice in it b) it collapses and then doesn’t take up as much space in a suitcase. I like these there’s a quick access hatch at the top with very secure Velcro. I also like the side pockets and front zip pocket for utensils. This was a perfect cooler for our needs!

This cooler bag is well made. I like the velcro-secured opening on top of the lid. Very convenient when I want to grab something from the cooler without unzipping the top. The outer pocket is convenient. The bag fits into fridges relatively well, too.
