I purchased my first pair at a motorcycle rally and fell in love with these immediately. I wore them out. I purchased my second a couple of years later and pretty much have worn them out. Hiking, camping, riding, and just normal stuff. They are so comfortable. They are a great purchase, a great feel and a great boot.

Great work boots for a great price. High quality material and construction. I replaced the insert with high quality insoles (sof sole orthopedic)and these are by far my most comfortable boots, hell shoes for that matter.

Very comfortable and easy to put on. Never had any problems with the zipper or any other parts of the shoe except for the top of the toes area. Ive been using these shoes for my motorcycle and they have slowly over time worn through the top of the shoe and now 12 months later I need a new pair of boots. I wont be buying these again but if you dont plan to ride a bike they should hold up for a long while

Best boots I've ever owned,i wore these boots everyday for about 9 months walking distance of 10 miles a day in all kinds of conditions sad to say they are starting to crack on top part of boot but over all very comfortable and highly recommended.

Nice looking boot but the material is cheap....right near where the foot plants and folds a tear started above the toe area and is a complete whole and a waste of money.Don't waste your money if you are active and do a lot of walking and physical work with these shoes. They are for showith not go.

Great boots ,I ordered my usual shoe size and they fit perfect. There's not much cushion in them but I can buy insoles for that. The boots have a curve to the bottom so they feel natural with your step. I bought a used pair and they looked brand new.

I needed a new pair of duty boots as my Danners were getting a little long in the tooth. After reading the reviews on these original SWAT's, I decided to pull the trigger. Straight out of the box, these boots were super comfortable! The only other boots at this price point seem to be made by Bates, and I'll never buy another pair of those as they are not in the least bit durable. Also, the Bates had a rough breaking in period. These boots had no break in period. So far, so good. If these last for a couple years, I've found my new go-to boot brand!

These boots lasted through a 4 month correctional officer academy and another 7-8 months on the job. I work a 40 hour week, plus an additional 80 hours of overtime per month, walking up and down 5 stories throughout the day, so they see lots of use. They have developed a hole/crack at the toe where they flex when I walk. They have always been very comfortable, but I must admit, I add a pair of blue superfeet insoles to all my work shoes. No problems with the zipper as others have mentioned, and because I unzip them down the side, there is really no need for a pull tab on the back. The biggest thing I did not like about these boots was the grip on wet concrete... they get quite slick on wet concrete floors. Aside from that and wishing they lasted me longer, I got nothing but good things to say for these boots.
