installed in my ford explorer king ranch better than expected, heavy duty build .. lets me leave third row down and use alot more space in back without stuff fly up through the second row captains chairs… love it

So easy to use, and when not needed, you can unhook, let it drop and you have the full length of your truck bed. I originally bought a 2x6 and put handles on it, but everytime i needed the full length of truck i had to get the step stool out, get up in truck and take it out and set it aside. This idea was genius!And, can’t say enough about owner Mike Reid, I talked, texted, and emailed with him, I have a 2024 Ford Maverick and he custom fit it, at no extra charge.Package was well wrapped!

I purchased the unit and an extra set of extensions. I ended up needing about half an extension length so I looped each extension to get the fit I wanted which put the unit up against my fifth wheel mount. If your pretty sure you don't need a full extra extension you can just get additional carabiners and add those until you have it positioned the way you want. If you have not done so view the videos online as they will give you a better idea of what this product is and how it works than any photos I might upload.I am a little concerned about bowing in the middle if I put too much weight there. As I'm using milk crates to put stuff in I am taking care to distribute the weight of items with the heaviest to each side; not in the middle.The product is super useful for heavy grocery items. Despite mixed reviews, I bought this for my full sized truck bed when I couldn't find anything more suitable. We'll, it turns out to be the best accessory I ever bought for my truck. It keeps coolers, lawn chairs, etc where you want them. If I'm hauling something large, I quickly unclip the side cables and it lays flat. But it's also easy to remove when getting ready to haul papers or materials that might scrape it up.It's built solid and shows no signs of failing after using and abusing it for quite a while now. It's not made for looks, but sure gets the job done and would stay with me should I ever replace my truck with another.

I initially gave this 5 stars because it appeared to be exactly what I needed. I have now used this a for 5 months. The supporting arms are not reliable. One of them had the interior threads strip and became useless constantly falling off. Finally, I tired of this and sent the CEO an email I found on their website. He did not respond within 30 days, so I found a phone number of his personal phone (on the website) he answered and I sent him pictures of the problem. He texted that he would get me replacement parts within a few days. When those few days passed with no word from him, I decided to fix the problem myself. I used a metal key ring and an adjustable bungee cord. Problem permanently fixed for just a few dollars. I texted him back and told him to forget about it. Also let him know I wasn't sure I could recommend his product. For the $250+ I paid for this, I expected a little more. Still, the concept is a good one. I think he could improve the product's reliability by dumping the metal support arms and just using 2 key rights and adjustable bungee cords as I did. I only this to support my golf clubs. It's great for that. So, instead of 5 stars, simply because of the lack of response from the CEO and the money I spent on this, my 5-star rating is reduced to 3 stars.

A great idea but materials are terrible. Must use with a tonneau cover. After just 2 hours in the not too hot Virginia sun, (88°) the entire thing was severely warped. I had to put it back in the garage to cool and it was fine an hour later.

Sturdy material, not first class execution. Part of that might be due to universal fit criteria, but they could have put a little more thought into hardware. I added stop nuts once I got it adjusted to my liking.

The concept is good, but the design needs to be re-worked. The piano hinges and hardware used, are both bare metal which sits directly on the bed. After just a short time of use, there were very large scratches in the bed of my my truck. What would this metal to metal contact do after months and years? You need to add your own padding to avoid this.
