Q: Counter not working, error E-1 Answer: It should be a battery problem. You need to check the battery voltage. Four batteries must reach 6V before they can be used. One battery is 1.5V.
"E-1": Error: Obstruction of the bottom sensor; Solution: Clean the sensor and/or the counting wheel.
"E-3": Error: Bills are not aligned or have been set improperly; Solution: Lay the bill flat, align it, reset the units and re-count the bill.
How to Use:
Connect the power adapter or battery.
Open transparent cover, the machine automatically open, when the display shows"888" to "0 immediately after".
Into the "finishing bracket 7 font". (can not plug)
According to the sign in to count the neat arrangement of note, press the red"START" button to start counting.
Cumulative: According to the steps of "4" in the note, press "ADD" button, the machine will continue to count the number of accumulated in a last count, number display for two counts and the number of pcs.

Idk if it was just me but if the bills aren't perfectly flat and in the slot all of the bills you will get different counts and an error..I definitely couldn't use this on the go and didn't trust what it said cause it was different every time even after I meticulously straightened and put the bills in uniformly ..jus saying

Purchased and did not get to open until after the return window had closed, Dude not only does it not hold the money properly but it also will not count the bills accurately. Not only am I aggravated by the purchase but the inability to contact the seller to try and get another unit or a refund makes this a purchase that me and my wife regret. I very rarely write a review or have a comment on anything but this is absurd I now have a $54 paper weight. Or a stocking stuffer for a coworker I hate.

Very impressed with my bill counter. I’ve used it many times and only had one miss count and I believe it was my fault. The only improvement I would recommend would be a case that allows for storage of the detachable guide and power cord.
