The Orion Motor Tech Wheel Hub Removal Tool Kit is a great tool for removing 5, 6, and 8 lug hubs with ease. The wheel hub buster tool with nuts and hooks works effectively, and the overall quality is solid. It made my job much easier. I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because I think the price could be a bit more reasonable, but it's still a reliable and durable tool kit.

When you break out this tool, you know that your back will be hurting you the next day. Seriously though this tool comes in handy when you have a hub that is just being stubborn. I will be sad to see the blue finish come off of the tool, but it is a worthy sacrifice to knocking out a hub.

This is very similar to the original Hub Shocker. It's made from very thick plate. The welds are a little lack luster - time will tell how it holds up to abuse. It included some shock absorbing pads for the strike plates which is unique and helps prevent damage to the tool. Anyone who's used these on a very stubborn hub knows the plates can end up looking very beat. It includes individually bagged lug nuts and convenient caliper hangers which is nice. The foam included also makes it great for storing in your tool box. This works on virtually all hub styles 4,5,6 and 8 studs. This will make changing wheel hubs a less frustrating experience and it's offered at a very fair price. Orion offers a good balance of value and quality and I'd have no problem recommending this to a young professional.

When you’re only tools, a hammer, everything looks like a nail. Or in this case, a hub removal tool from Orion motorTech. This is a high-quality tool. You attach it to your hub, remove the screws on the back, holding the hub into the knuckle, and start beating with your sledgehammer. I expect this tool is more appropriate for people who live up north where rust is a problem. This tool should work quite well and it comes with nuts for most cars. I suppose for cars that use bolts, you just screw in the bolts that come with the car because it does not come with the bolts.

Worked like a charm on a rusted-on wheel hub that nothing else could budge. Saved me time and a trip to the mechanic.
