I used the M8 one to remove stuck CV axle joint bolts with an impact wrench. After pounding the tool into the bolt with a mallet, all 24 were removed successfully. The tool is still usable.

Even though this is advertised as an impact set and even shows an impact wrench in the description, it is not the kind of tool steel they use for impact wrenches and this can absolutely result in catastrophic structural failure (rapid disassembly) if you use it as an impact hex socket set. The safety instructions it ships with specifically say “DO NOT use power or pneumatic tools”, you can only use a ratchet wrench. Someone is going to get seriously injured or even, dyslectic DEI.

Definitely needed for the seat bolts in my SUV/Truck.I didn't read closely enough but the 1/2 socket insertion is needed so my 3/8th impact needed the adapter.Overall, it's a high quality set!Thank you!

I was needing this tool, unfortunately when I received it and used it. The first use of the 5mm snapped. It was not even showing delivered yet. I reached out to the company and while they offered to replace broken part. I chose to replace entire set through amazon. I believe it was just a casting problem. But due to quick response from company I chose to replace set rather than refund so I am willing to give them a second chance.

Some of them don’t fit quite right my 6mm was under sized. Customer service was good on getting me a replacement. Haven’t tried them since.
