I loved the weight of this pack and the amazing airflow. I was hoping that this would be my perfect summer pack. The problem was the load lifters. I tired a dozen configurations but should straps were always om the same line. If you tightened the straps.it just pulled it straight to the shoulder straps at the top of your shoulders instead of having the.load strap a few inches above your shoulds to take the pressure points off the front of your shoulders.and transferring then.to the load lifters. My only complaint is that I didn’t buy this sooner.I took this pack out for her first overnighter last weekend. We traveled 22 miles in 2 days and this pack caused me no pain or discomfort whatsoeverIt’s roomy enough to fit everything for one night, and I didn’t even need the top piece. The stretchy pockets on the outside are great for stuffing whatever you want to get to easily. There’s plenty of attachment points to strap things to as well. The hip belt is super comfy and the belt pockets are roomy. The shoulder straps are well padded. I have a super short torso and this packs adjustments are so easy! The free floating back suspension system kept my back cool throughout the hike in 90 degree weather.I LOVE it. I can’t wait to go out again!

As someone who loves long-distance backpacking, the Osprey Eja 58 has quickly become my go-to pack. First off, the ultralight design is a blessing on the trail. It barely adds any weight, which is a huge plus when you’re trying to stay as light as possible on multi-day treks. Despite its lightweight nature, the pack is incredibly sturdy and comfortable. The shoulder straps and hip belt are well-padded and breathable, making it easy to carry even when it’s fully loaded. The storage options are really thoughtful—plenty of exterior pockets and loops for attaching gear, plus the spacious main compartment can fit everything I need for a week-long trip. The adjustable torso length is a game changer, and I love how well the pack fits my body, offering a snug, balanced feel even on steep ascents. The AirSpeed suspension system keeps airflow going, so I never feel too sweaty or overheated during strenuous hikes. It’s also super stylish! The sleek design and color options give it a modern, adventurous look. If you're a woman who values comfort, durability, and efficiency in your gear, the Osprey Eja 58 is a must-have. Highly recommend it for any serious hiker or backpacker.

Great pack for someone who needs it to be light. The small is only 55 L not 58 L you’d have to be an ultra light packer to make this work for carrying a tent , which you would carry on the outside straps. Also I’m 5’4” and long in the body, I could not adjust the small enough to fit , therefore I needed the medium which is 58L :)

Very light pack and great for someone with a bad back, this is my second Osprey pack, I would never switch back to another pack. They are very well made and great packs for overnight and longer trips.

Overall perfect for several days of hiking. Color is more of a dark green than teal but it's fine.

We got this for my GF and it fits and wides well. It was her first hike and no complaints or soreness after the 20 miles. She’s hooked and can’t wait to go again.

I've been a huge fan of Osprey for a long time. Their products are always well thought out and impeccably made. They offer a lifetime warranty and it isn't just marketing, their products back it up.This pack is really incredible. It includes everything you would expect from an Osprey pack but without the on-the-fly adjustments. The good news is that while it can't be adjusted in seconds, this pack is crazy light. Compared to the Aura AG 50 pack it is literally a pound and a half lighter. (It is worth noting that a portion of the weight is the lack of a rain cover.)On the first time out with the pack it does mean you have a little more stopping and adjusting but once the fit is locked in, it is pretty fantastic to know that you are either lighter on the trail or you have room to "splurge" on your weight just a little on something else.I love how the pack both feels connected to your body but at the same time allows airflow between your back and the pack. It isn't quite the fit of the AG packs but once adjusted it is pretty amazing on the trail. The airflow through the back is really great while still having the back feel completely connected to you.One great feature of the pack is the access to pockets and storage when you are on the trail. Being able to stuff your water bottles on the side is great. Being able to connect the trekking poles is a game-changer. No more asking someone to hook it onto your pack when you want to have your hands free for a little while. I also appreciate the larger hip belt pockets that are actually large enough to hold my max iPhone. I also like the accessibility of the water bottle pockets when I'm not using a hydration bladder. The color of the pack is awesome. We really like the Deep Teal. For hiking in Oregon, it is a nice combination of being noticeable but not completely out of the color scheme out on the trail. If you are weight conscious and counting ounces this is a really fantastic pack. Overall very happy with the "Osprey Eja 58 Women's Backpacking Backpack". It is really a fantastic next-generation pack.
