This was my first boot and I like it for the following reasons:1. It is comfortable: padding is soft and it has a nice shape2. It doesn't go all the way up to your knee3. It has adjustable air bladders4. Good foot and ankle supportI ended up returning it still, since I felt like walking with it hurt my severe ankle sprain with each step, but that could be because I just injured it and any walking would hurt. The uneven walking hurt my hips too, but that may be the nature of all boots. I ended up getting a figure 8, laced up ankle brace instead which was a lot more comfortable for me. If I get another foot/ankle injury though I will probably come back to this one.

On the advice of the nurse at the ER, we purchased this boot for our son. It is a fraction of the cost of the exact same item the hospital would have sold us. I hand washed the lining when it started to get foot odor and it dried quickly (with help from a hair dryer) with no damage.

I selected the low top for a 5th metatarsal fracture. I already had a standard air boot from Amazon and it worked well, but I wanted a new boot. This seemed good at first but noticed I had significant pain at fracture when using this.I discovered that without the middle strap to secure the instep area of foot, this allowed too much movement and set me back weeks in healing.I suggest a boot with the strap across the middle for better support. The plastic shell does nothing for this.

Used for foot injuries - Lizz Frank injury, gout, level 4 ankle sprains. This design is much more comfortable than older boot. Faster to put on and fasten. Brand used by podiatrist without the big doctor’s office mark-up.

Strong and sturdy! My dad has had his old boot for 5 years which was basically falling apart which is why I purchased him a new one. It’s the perfect length a few inches below the knee as to not hinder anyone from walking.

Really good boot, glad I didn't get the longer one. I'm a forester and having to get back into the woods quickly, this boot enabled me to do so. It has a nice front that protect the toes from objects coming through that no other boot I've researched had. Well worth the price.
