Covers majority of torx in one set and the bits fit well into bolts and don't slip. Quality set for a reasonable price. Would buy again.

I bought this set when I started working as a first year Apprentice Technician. And So far this set has been totally worth it! Amazing quality and price for a complete set that is neatly organized! You cannot go wrong with this set, I totally recommend this to the professional tech or the D.I.Y mechanic. 10/10

Awesome set that covers all the bases. At eleven O’clock at night in the shop you need to be able to put your hands on the right tool.

Even though I had a bit shattering on a stubborn safety belt anchor bolt, I contacted support and a new bit was sent promptly.

THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST SET I HAVE HAD. BIG COMPANIES LIKE SNAP ON AND MATCO DO NOT SELL SIMILAR SETS, THEY ARE ALWAYS INCOMPLETE. THIS SET HAS NOT LET ME DOWN BY FAR, WORKING ON BMW, MERCEDES, AND VOLVO IT IS AN ABSOLUTE MUST BUY. EVEN IF YOU DO NOT WORK ON THESE CARS, THIS SET IS AFFORDABLE ENOUGH TO JUST HAVE. IF YOU ARE THINKING " SHOULD I BUY IT". JUST DO IT, IT IS A NO BRAINER, DON'T BE CHEAP. THESE ARE ALREADY AFFORDABLE. I WISH OTC MADE A MASTER HEX SET THOUGH.

This is one of those fairly useless reviews, where I just bought the set and have little experience with it. But like the OTC tools I've had before, this seems to be of good quality that should hold up under commercial use and last a DIYer forever, abuse excepted. My primary reason for writing an early review is to comment on the extremely deep bevel of the inverted Torx sockets in this set. My experience with E-Torx is fairly limited, and I only owned a small import set of E-Torx sockets prior to this purchase. They have a slight bevel, but these OTCs are extreme to my eye. I had hoped to use the E20 to remove Nissan flywheel bolts, which do have short heads, but the E20 in this set will only chew the tips off of the flutes. If such a situation is a concern for you, take note.I'll keep the set, though, because it is comprehensive and undoubtedly better quality than any of the others I have. As others have noted, these tools are unfinished steel, neither plated nor black oxide.

I went through two sets of cheaply made Torx bits trying to remove a seat on my truck. The fasteners goes through the floor pan so they're exposed to the elements from underneath the truck which has a little bit of rust. I failed to loosen a single bolt because both the Craftsman and Harbor Freight bits snapped as soon as I applied a considerable amount of torque. These OTC bits had no problem getting the rusted bolts out. Fits the fasteners very tightly and are extremely durable bits. I would not hesitate using the larger bits with an impact wrench, even though doing so voids the warranty.

I got this OTC set because it covers *most* everything you are likely to encounter. The only torx style it is missing is the Torx Plus Tamper proof which is a five point that is different from all other torx that are six point. You add OTC set 5905 to cover them then you have every type of torx socket there is. Then... you add XZN sockets (triple square) such as the VIM Tools VIMXZNS1000 for the German vehicles. Then get you a metric and standard set of hex (Allen) sockets you are set for everything. The quality is good. I have not damaged any sockets yet.Edit: When writing this review I forgot about 'Ribe" whose use is very limited (Euro,) there is also external torx plus (EP) that is even more rare (GM/Chevy truck seat bolts) but is starting to spill over into other uses.Just when you thought you were done buying tools....*Update*Another Torx style has been released since this review, Torx EPR which is an external 5 point. Then there is Mortorq which is a 4 point twisted bit. Then you need to deal with the 3, 5 and 10 point fasteners on the Euro builds. Also I ran into a "MS" fastener on a newer Nissan. You'll never be done buying tools...
