Im using it for bowling after having surgery on my arm and its does exactly what its supposed to. Im no longer losing revs when throwing the ball, no pain after bowling 3 games for league.

This here is a pretty good compression strap. For me I use it on my elbow but could be used where it fits to apply compression. I like it.I'm unfamiliar with the brand but quality seems good. At current price of ~$23 (after coupon don't forget to click), I rate 4-STARS in consideration of price/value/choices.

This doesn’t stay in place. If I tighten it as far as it will let me, the plastic and straps dig into my arm. Very uncomfortable.
